This course is intended to provide participants with a framework from which they can create project plans. It follows the five project management processes as described by the Project Management Institute. Each process is supported by a set of tools that can be used to create the necessary deliverables.

The course is presented in a workshop environment, and concepts are reinforced by the use of practical exercises.
